We had a great experience with Braulio. We had the ceiling of a small, oddly shaped entrance room fall down from a roof leak last year. We had the roof repaired first. Though we got several quotes on repairing the ceiling, no one wanted to take down what was left of the two partial layers of sheetrock covering a layer of plaster. We were also concerned about water damage to an adjacent wall.Braulio was the only contractor who understood that we wanted all that removed to assess the damage above. He showed us pictures so we knew there was no other damage and the ceiling is perfect! His finishing work is excellent.
He and his team show up on time, do the job professionally and neatly and he responds to any questions right away.
I highly recommend him and hope to work with him again!

Above & Beyond
I used Braulio Contracting to paint my bedroom, living room, dining room, and hallways. He was flexible on the job date to get it done. He arrived on time (save for my complicated building arrangements), started promptly, and ended about half an hour earlier than projected. The job itself? Amazing. The edges between the walls and ceiling are razor sharp. The contrast wall was done in three coats and looks great! The latter two elements went above expectations for getting the job done. (Note: I specifically stated to not worry about getting paint on the carpet because it was being replaced. That said, Braulio *still* took care to cover what he could.)
